The Hotel is beautiful and clean but you have to Drive By car there. If you order a taxi you have to wait 30-40 min. The Food is very good. I normally never stay at the pool but I didnt like the Beach so I was forced to lie at the Pool. The are sunbeds at the Hotel beach which is public and That was all. The Beach is Not well prepared and Not inviting. A few meters away is a Beach club where the Beach has been designed nice. It is difficult for non turkish people to communicate because they cant speak english only the young boy at the breakfast Service. Nevertheless the the employees were friendly. The woman at the reception didnt even try to understand us because she was non stop on her phone. Even if I tried to tell her to call a Taxi for us she continued her call.

Otelin konumu Deniz’e sıfır. Muhteşem bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Sakin huzurlu bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Temizlik çok iyi. Hem deniz hem havuz keyfi çıkarabileceğiniz bir yer.

Sezon sonu gittiğimiz için çok sakindi, denize sıfır olduğu için tercih ettik. deniz,rüzgar olmadığı zaman muhteşemdi. Kahvaltıları gayet yeterliydi, yemekler lezzetliydi. Ayvalık merkeze yürüyerek 20 dk araçla 5 dk inilir. Çalışanlar ilgiydi. Fakat odaların temizliği konusunda ciddi eksiklikler var.

Memnuniyet

Otelde 3 gece 4gün kaldık. 1 eylül itibariyle ayrıldık. Genel anlamda çok temiz bir oteldi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Butik otel olmasına rağmen havuzu fazlasıyla iyiydi. Biz alt kattaki havuzlu odalarda kaldık. Oda havuzlarıda gayet yeterliydi. Otelin ayriyetten kendine özel şezlong ve şemsiyeli plajı vardı be direkt otele 50 metre mesafedeydi. Kahvaltı fazlasıyla iyiydi. Genel anlamda her şeyden fazlasıyla memnun kaldık. Memnun kalmadığımız noktalar ise odamız alt katta olduğu için wifi ve mobil verimiz az çekiyordu. Oda temizlik için kapıdaki tuş bozuk olduğu için temizlik isteğimiz resepsiyon ekranında gözükmüyordu. Bunun bozuk olduğunu bizde bilmediğimiz onlarda bilmediği in k açıdan sıkıntı yaşadık. Otele 10 üzerinden 8.5 veriyorum.

Otel temiz ve deniz suyu sıcak

Temizliği sayesinde ikinci sene de geldik. Kesebir plajında olması sayesinde de cundanın en sıcak denizine girmiş oluyorsunuz. Çalışanları da güler yüzlü ve geçen senekilerle aynı kişilerdi. Bu da hoşumuza gitti sürekli çalışan değiştiren yerlerde bir sıkıntı oluyor çünkü.

Yeni ve temiz otel

Otel çok temizdi ve kahvaltısı doyurucuydu. Odalar da ferah dizayn edilmiş ve eksiksizdi her şey vardı. İşletmecileri de güler yüzlü insanlar cundaya her sene geliyoruz ama bu otel yeni olduğu için ilk kez denedik çok memnunuz.

Herşey harikaydı. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Yeni açılmış bir otel olmasından ötürü tüm malzemeler son derece kaliteli ve temizdi. Havuz gayet yeterli büyüklükte. Zaten denize sıfır olmasından ötürü suyla ilgili bir sorununuz olmayacak. Ayvalığa bir dahaki gelişimde kesinlikle başka otel aramayacağım. Tüm yardımlarınız için teşekkürler Tuğçe hanım :)
