a wonderful stay

This was a perfect stay for us. We very asked about our arrival and departure hours and the hotel provided us a very warm wellcome and even there were some Christmas cookies in our room and the reception area. The products used in the hotel are from sustainable sources. When we were leaving, Ms. Demet gave us some freshly baked pastery.

We stayed at Gaja Hotel for three nights. The owners, Demet and Gökhan, are wonderful! We visit Ayvalık at least once a year to see my husband's family, so we're very familiar with the area. We've stayed in many different places, and we're glad Gaja opened because now we know where to stay in the future. The hotel is located outside the busy area but is within walking distance to the center. It has a beautiful breakfast that we enjoyed every morning. The room was spacious, with AC, a refrigerator, and a safe. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the room had everything we needed. There’s a coffee shop nearby called Crown Coffee Roastery—everything I’ve tried there was great. It’s an expert coffee shop with high-quality options. I also buy coffee beans from Crown; they have interesting blends, from red wine to pine honey. There’s a local shop, Moyy Atölye, right on the main street next to the hotel. I’ve bought jewelry and clothing there over the years and enjoy using them. We enjoyed our stay at Gaja—it’s convenient yet private. We will definitely be back!

Aile işletmesi, demet hanım harika, oda sade ve şık dizayn edilmiş, oda içerisinde herşey düşünülmüş, kasa,minibar ve ikramlar mevcut, banyo şık. Oda içerisinde ikramlar mevcut. İkramlar otel girişinde de mevcut. Bahçesi çok şık. Ayvalık da konaklama çözülmüştür. Teşekküe ederiz.

Sezon sonu olmasına rağmen gayet temiz bakımlı ve aktif bir konaklama geçirdik. Demet hanımın girişimizden çıkışımıza kadar olan ilgisi bizleri çok memnun etti. Konakladığımız bölgenin Ayvalık bölgesinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde olması oldukça önemliydi. Otelin temiz olması , sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede olması konaklayacak misafirler için tercih sebebi olmaya devam edecektir. 5 yıldızı hak ediyor :)

Uçağım çok erken vardığı için otele valizimi bırakmama izin verdiler ve ilk andan itibaren çok güleryüzlüydüler. Odamı olabildiğinde hızlı hazırlayıp, bana haber verdiler ve erken check-in yapabildim. Buradaki iletişimleri ve yardımseverlikleri harikaydı. Ben tek gece kaldığım için kahvaltı servisi almamıştım ama arkadaki cafe alanının ambiansı çok hoştu. Oda oldukça temizdi ve her şey yeniydi, oldukça konforlu bir konaklama yaşadım. Ertesi sabah çok erken checkout yapıp Midilli'ye geçeceğim için otelin işletmecisi taze yaptıkları poğaça ve kurabiyelerden bir paket hazırlayarak, öncesinde bana haber vererek odama bıraktı. Yolda acıkabileceğimizi düşünüp, bu şekilde jest yapmak istemişler, çok ama çok düşünceli bir davranıştı. Çevremdeki herkesle paylaşıyorum bunu ama bu şeyler küçük görünen büyük jestler gerçekten. Genel olarak temizlik, güleryüz ve içerideki çalışanların mutluluğunu zaten ilk adımda hissediyorsunuz. Artık Ayvalık'a geldiğimde kalacağım yer çok net bende :) En kısa zamanda görüşmek üzere!

Öncelikle sahipleri çok tatlı insanlar ve inanılmaz ilgililer. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadığımız gibi fazlasıyla memnun kaldık, özellikle kahvaltıları mükemmeldi.. Konumu da çok merkezi bir yerde, çarşıya ve sahile yürüyerek gidip gelebiliyorsunuz, cunda, sarımsaklı vb. yerlere 20-25 dakika uzaklıkta ve otelin hemen aşağısından 5-10 dakikada bir toplu taşıma araçları geçiyor. Ayvalığa tekrar gelirsek kesinlikle Gaja’yı tercih edeceğiz ☺️💛

Demet hanım ve Gökhan bey. 1,5 sene açtıkları mekanda misafirlerini en iyi nasıl rahat ettirirler onun çabasını çok güzel veriyorlar.Gaja. Ayvalık tam merkezde şirin 5 odalı Bi yer. Merkezde olması sebebiyle plajlara da yakın. Biz 1 gece kaldık.araçla gelindiğinde otopark sorunu Ayvalık da Malesef var. Yürüme mesafesin de özel otopark lar var. Bir defa daha Ayvalık a gelirsem yine burada kalırım.

3 gece boyunca mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi

Gaja Ayvalık'ta Demet Hanım ve Gökhan Bey'in sıcak,içten ve samimi yaklaşımlarıyla inanılmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Otel ve odalar oldukça temiz bu konuda içiniz kesinlikle rahat olsun. Ayrıca kahvaltısı da oldukça iyi, çeşitli ve doyurucuydu. Ayvalık merkeze ve ana ulaşımın olduğu yerlere çok yakın istediğiniz yere aracınız olmasa bile kolayca ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Emin olun ki aldığı puanları sonuna kadar hak eden bir yer. Sonuç olarak, Ayvalık merkeze geldiyseniz kesinlike Gaja dışında hiçbir yerde konaklamayın.

Ayvalıkta merkeze ve minibüs durağına yürüme mesafesindeydi. Buradan otogara , sarımsaklıya, badavut plajına,cundaya çok kolay ulaşım sağlayabildik. Kaldığımız oda temiz ve aydınlıktı. Klima vb. ile ilgili de sorun yaşamadık. Mekanın sahibi Demet hanım bize hem konaklamayla ilgili hem de seyahat ile ilgili her konuda yardımcı oldu.

Temiz ve güvenilir

İşletme sahipleri karı koca çok ilgililerdi. Temizlik ve yemekler çok iyiydi. Sadece konum gereği otopark sorunu vardı. Ücretli otoparka bırakmak durumundasınız çünkü ayvalık sokakları çok dar. Odamız ferah ve çok temizdi. Dar bir sokaga bakmasaydı odamız daha da keyifli olabilirdi. Kahvaltılar da Demet hanımın el yapımı lezetli ezmeleri çok güzeldi.
