Konumu şahane, Ayvalık'ın tam merkezinde. Her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. Denize sıfır kahvaltı çok güzeldi, kahvaltı da çeşit açısından çok zengin. Üstelik börekleri, pişileri çok başarılı. Kaliteli bir yağ kullandıkları belli. Hizmet de çok iyi, çalışanlar, işletmeciler güler yüzlü. Çok memnun kaldık.

Pencersiz bir oda!!! Klima su akıtıyor!!! Kloset musluğu ve duş musluğu dokununca elinde kalıyor!!! Yatağın bir tarafı duvara 15 cm mesafede, yatağa geçmek imkansız!!! Hayatımda kaldığım en kötü oda.

Öncelikle otelin yeri cok merkezi, karsilama iyiydi, calisanlar guleryuzlu idi. kahvalti iyi sayilir ama kahvaltida kahvenin extra olmasini garipsedik . Bize verilen odada 20 cmlik 2 pencere vardi. Kutu gibi bir oda. Banyoda dusa kabin yok, islak zeminler plastik bir malzeme ile kaplanmiş fayans falan degil. Binaya yandan giriyorsunuz ve gorevli olmadigindan size 2 anahtar veriyorlar her giris cikista otelin kapisini kitliyorsunuz. Sacma sapan uygulama ve musteriye verilen gereksiz bir sorumluluk. Sonucta fiyatina gore performansi cok dusuk. Ancak mecbur kalinirsa kalinabilecek bir otel.

Hotelin konumu cok iyi denize sifir sahil ve carsiya yurume mesafesinde. Ulasim her yere kolay ve yakin. Kahvalti cesidi bol ve doyurucu. Aile isletmesi oldugundan samimi ve sicak. Isletmeci Esra hanim ve ekibi cok misafirperver, guler yuzlu ve ilgili. Hijyen ve temizlik konusunda da iyiler biz cok memnun kaldik tekrar gelsem yine tercih ederim.

Otelin konumu cok guzel tam merkezde barlar sokagının sehır merkezinin içinde. İstenilen gıdılmek istenilen her yer ulaşım kolaylığı taksi, minibus mevcut. Otel eski bir taş bina olup kültür bakanlığı tarafından iç kısmı restore edilebilmiş kutu gıbı sırın bır mekan sahipleri olan kemal bey ve Esra hanım cok cana yakın samimi sıcak ınsanlar. Yerin konumu denizin tam dibi olması sebebi ile lodos yada poyraz estıgınde denizin Keskin lagum konusu banyo gıderınden gerı basıyor bunun için belediye gerekli mercılerden destek almak için dönüş bekliyorlar. Kahvaltı ve cesıt cok guzel doyurucu sıcak pişi patates ve kızartma ceşitleri, kahvaltı adına düşünebileceğiniz çeşitler mevcut. Odanın temiz ve bakımlı olması en buyuk artı puanı 3gece konakladık biz cok memnun kaldık.
