Besides constant elevator issues on a daily basis, it was nice

One of my worst stay. Nobody assist you with baggage nor parking. Check in at 2 so you miss lunch. Toilets were dirty. Furniture is old and broken. Air conditioner was just a voice. Had a hard time to change my room.

yemek salonuna tavandan su damladı desem yalan olur aktı, altına saksıyı koydular, 2 gün. gece otelin önünden geçen aşırı gürültü yapan araçlar boldu. otelin karşısındaki otoparkta sabah 4 e kadar gürültülü müzik dinlediler. jandarma diye birşey yoktu. otelin arka köşesinde berbat çöp konteynerleri vardı. odadaki sallama çay çok kötüydü.

Uzun yıllardır tatil için Ayvalık’ı tercih ederim. En memnun kaldığım otel oldu. Otelde görevli olan herkes hem güleryüzlü hem de yardımseverdi. Otelin denize olan yakınlığıda çok güzel. Yemek, temizlik hijyen konularında da oldukça iyilerdi. Biz gayet memnun kaldık.

Zuerst wurde mir ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, alle Zimmern wären gleich obwohl ich Suite reserviert hatte- man wollte mich reinlegen und die Zimmerauskunft mit Fotos im Internet wären falsch ha ha ha. Am 3. Tag hatte ich ein Zimmerwechsel gehabt, weil ichreklamiert habe ich durch die Putzfrau erfahren habe das Suite voll ist. Die Zimmer werden die Bettwäsche garnicht ausgetausch nur umgedreht ekelhaft!!! Das essen war grausam und kalt alle wärmeplatten defekt, essen immer gleich und faules Obst und keine Abwechslung. Der Grund das Hotel mit dem alten Personal wäre weg und das Hotel konnte nicht einen guten Koch mit Personal ausser diesen in Stellung nehmen. Ich hatte Sie Expedia angerufen aber die Aussage Sie könnten nichts machen ich sollte mit dem Hotel sprechen hat nichts gebracht. Diese Erfahrung durch Expedia zu machen war enttäuschend!!!! Ich habe jeden Abend draussen essen müssen auf meine Kosten. Auch andere haben Sich beschwert sogar ein Ehepaar hat die Polizei angerufen wegen Rückerstattung des Geldes. Ich habe Fotos in der Hand!!! Zuerst wollte ich keine Bewertung abgeben doch der Umgang mit Gästen wirklich unmöglich!!!

Kızlarımla bölgeyi gezmek için planladığımız tatilde iki gece konakladık. Temizlik yeterliydi personel ilgili denize çok yakın olması güzeldi. Kahvaltı yetersizdi akşam yemeğinden daha memnun kaldık. Fiyatına göre gayet başarılı bir otel.
