Perfect hotel for an amazing price!

I did not expect such a treatment! So musch client oriented, as I have never experienced in Turkiye! The hotel staff is very friendly and usufull. The hotel offers luxury dinners and amazing breakfasts. So, I was going to stay one night. But quickly after, I have changed my mind and extended for another 2 nights.

We chose this hotel for a short holiday with our children because it is located by the seaside in an oxygen-rich area. It’s quiet and relaxing, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool, garden, and beach are all exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The food exceeded our expectations. Every evening, the main course was accompanied by a surprise appetizer and freshly made salads. After dinner, you can enjoy time on the beach and take long peaceful walks. Nearby attractions include the ancient port and city of Assos, the Temple of Athena, charming historical villages, local natural foods, and the ancient city of Troy, all definitely worth a visit. We were very pleased with our stay and are already considering coming back in the future

Otel temiz çalışanlar son derece ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri çok lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar her zaman yardımseverdi hiçbir sorumuzu cevapsız bırakmayıp her konuda yardımcı oldular, her şey için teşekkür ederiz

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Deniz mükemmel. Sabah kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği oldukça yeterli ve lezzetli idi. Fakat tesisin genel temizliğinde sıkıntı var. Ya personel eksik ya da önem verilmiyor.

servis çok kötü .4 günde oda temizliği için gelmediler,sabah kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği iyi değil ..ilave yiyecek ve içeceklerin fiyatları çok yüksek.küçük su 50 tl. garsonlar ve işletme yönetimi kötü.Bir tek otelin bulunduğu konum çok güzel.

2 kadın arkadaş olarak kafa dinlemek için tercih ettiğimiz otelin bana göre en büyük problemi işletme eksiği ve eskiliğiydi. Odalar gerçekten bakımsız ve eskiydi. Maalesef özellikle banyolar temiz de değildi. Çalışan sayısı çok az olduğu için özellikle öğlen 12 ye kadar beach ile ilgilenen kimse olmuyordu. Bir gün önceden beach nasıl bırakıldıysa ertesi gün öyle buluyorduk. Çöpler toplanmıyordu. Sanırım mutfak bölümünde bir şef yoktu, ne istersen dondurulmuş ürün pişirilip getiriliyordu. Akşam yemeklerinde oteli tercih etmedik bu nedenle. Kahvaltı için de idare eder diyebilirim. Karın doyurduk mu evet:) Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Otelin tek avantajı kendi plajı olması. Bu bizi çok rahat ettirdi. Ve tabi assosun muhteşem denizi. Bu sebeplerle tatilden keyifli ayrıldık. Ancak şu bir gerçek ki Otelin inanılmaz bakıma ve düzgün bir işletmeye ihtiyacı var.

Çok iyi

Otele erken vardık odamız kontrol edildi ve giriş tapabilirsiniz dendi fakat banyoyu fark etmemişler bitti sanmışlar bir tadilat olmuş aletler falan banyodaydı reception a bildirdik hemen başka bir odaya aldılar bizi ama boş oda olmasaydı ne yapardık bilmiyorum neyseki reception daki genç bayan arkadaş çok ilgilendi. Odalar yataklar havlular tertemizdi sadece banyolar baya eski beklemediğim derecede iyi bir kahvaltısı vardı servis hızlıydı 5dk da masa hazırlandı 👍 Fiyat performans olarak bakarsak çok iyi… Havuz tertemizdi. Sahil kısmı ilgilenen arkadaşlar çok ilgiliydi denize zaten denecek birşey yok otel denize sıfır ve cam gibi bir suyu var. Beach de yediklerimiz hamburgeri patates kızartması falan çok güzeldi. Biz memnun kaldık 👍

Olumlu ve olumsuz yönleriyle…

Denize yakın olması ve plajda şezlong, şemsiyeler olması olumlu yönü. Ayrıca çalışan arkadaşlar iyi niyetli ve yardımseverler. Sabah verilen kahvaltılar biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir. Omlet, patates kızartması gibi ekstralar olabilir. 3 erkek kardeş olarak konaklamamızı tek gece olarak gerçekleştirdik. Türkiye’deki ön yargı hiçbir zaman bitmeyecek sanırım. 3 erkek gelince diğer aileler görmesin ve rahatsız olmasınlar diye kıyıda köşede odaya atıveriyorlar her zaman. Burada da aynısını yaşadık ama buna da şükür 3 erkek kardeşi hiç almayan otel de gördük zamanında. Yataklar fena değildi. Çarşaflar ve yastıklar temizdi. Odada yerler biraz tozlu idi. Fakat, aynı durum banyo ve özellikle tuvalette söyleyemeyeceğim. Banyoda yerde küflenmeler vardı ve giderinin kapağı olmadığı için pis koku gelmekteydi. Asıl olay ise tuvalet klozet kapağını açınca karşılaştım. Önceki konaklayan müşterilerin dışkı izleri tuvalet oturma yerinin hemen altındaydı. Temizlenmesi için rica ettim fakat herhangi bir temizlik yapılmadı ve kendim temizlemek zorunda kaldım. Öğlen atıştırmalık olarak yediğimiz kalamar, patates kızartması ve kabak kızartması güzeldi. Kabak kızartmasını daha çıtır yapabilirlerse lezzetiyle birlikte müthiş olacaktır. Uzaklara gitmeyelim diye akşam yemeğini de burada yemek istedik ve çupra, levrek siparişi verdik. Kilo hesabı vermedikleri için balıkçıdan alınan en küçük balıkları seçip pişirip önümüze koymuşlar. Biraz aç kaldık ama olsun olumlu yönden düşünürsek kilo almadım.

Genel olarak başarılı. Oda kahvaltı için fiyat performans oteli. Odalar ferah, temiz. En önemli kriterimiz pati dostu olmasıydı, o anlamda köpeğimizde biz de çok memnun kaldık. Eksik noktaları oteldeki arkadailara da ilettim, 15 temmuz haftası gibi uzun tatillerdeki yoğunluğa cevap verebilmek için personel yetersiz kaldı. Özellikle mutfak siparişlerde biraz zorluk yaşadı. Bir de internet konusunda kapsama alanının geliştirilmesi lazım.

Sıradan bir otel. Klimalar ve buzdolapları çok eski, soğutmalarında kesinlikle çok problem var. Cocukla gidiyorsanız önceden arayın ve odanızdaki cihazların çalışır oldugundan emin olun ve konustugunuz kişinin adını alın. Başımızdan bu plansızlıkları anlamında çok sey geçti ama cok detaya girmek istemiyorum. Neyse, Çalışan garson genç arkadaslar cok ilgili ve alakadarlar.

Biz burayı seviyoruz

Bu otelin adı başkaydı el değiştirmiş . Beş yıl önce kalmıştık o zaman çok sevmiştik . Çok bir değişiklik yoktu hatta daha yeni değişim ve yenileme yapmaya çalışıyorlardı. Yataklar değişmiş konforlu olası sorunlara hemen çözüm üretilmeye ve yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar . Yarım pansiyon bir otel. Kahvaltı fena sayılmaz ama akşam yemekleri balık seçerseniz çok güzel ve mezeler harika . Öğlen pizza ve hamburger tercih etmiştik çok beğendik serviste ilgililer. Ellerinden geleni yapan çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederiz . Muhtemel otelin eski kısımları yenilenince yine gideriz . Ama o bahçedeyi bu sefer ihmal etmeyin Çanakkale domates yetiştirip sofraya koyuluuordu beş yıl önce yine aynısını yapabilirseniz harika olur . Tahsin beye ilgisi için çok teşekkür ederiz .
