Very simple

Odd smells in both the room and bathroom that persisted throughout our stay. Only two towels and one for the floor, so none to dry hands for example. To wash our hands we had to climb into the shower to get soap. The staff was nice and the breakfast decent. Overall it was fine for 2 days but would not stay there longer.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken and hadn't been fixed. There was no lift. There was dust on the pillow but the room was lovely and warm. There was a plastic sheet under the sheet and that was uncomfortable. Not a great stay. The breakfast was adequate and lots of hot coffee.

4 Day stay

When we arrived at 5.00pm on Sunday afternoon the hotel was deserted. Automatic check-in machine! If someone had been at reception we would have asked to change our room,particularly as the place appeared practically empty, because our shower head bracket was broken so had to be hand held for the entire stay. Also being sited on the 2nd floor was difficult for us as we are both over 70 and have both had hip surgery. We enjoyed our continental breakfast each day and our swim in the nice private pool in the early evenings. Thank you.

Room 004 Kyriad Direct Aytre

Our room was 004. Reception did not speak English and made no attempt to understand anything. One of the doors to the car park could not be locked as it had been forced and part of the frame was missing, this meant anyone could enter the passages to rooms. Room 004: window restraint was missing so we could not open window safely. The shower head was broken, could not raised, the soap dispenser in the shower was loose. The wc seat was broken. The soap dispenser by the sink was on the floor having been pulled off the wall- hence NO soap by the sink. Bulb missing over the sink making it difficult with limited light. I have already contacted Hotels.com auto talk and told this will be looked at. The pool was very nice I have stayed at the Hotel some years ago but will not be staying again. The whole hotel needed a refresh, including the very poor buffet breakfast. Nothing could compare with a B&B Hotel!!!!

Très bon séjour. Le couloir du 1er étage des endroit au sol un peu a revoir. On a eu un soucis de chasse d'eau mais personnel très réactive aussi bien à l'accueil que les femmes de chambre rien a dire. et la piscine agréable et propre et petit déjeuner en terrasse exterieur vraiment agréable. parking assez grand. on y reviendra surement. je le conseil.

Chambre pas très bien aspirer, une toile d’araignée avec une araignée géante dessus, les petites lumières de chevets clignoté lorsqu’on les toucher et surtout la porte d’entrée de la chambre qui avait un énorme jeu comme ci elle avait été forcée ont avait l’impression de ne pas être en sécurité peut-être que les chambres ne sont pas toute comme ça mais la nôtre était comme ça.. le flexible de la douche faisait un bruit monstre lorsque l’eau coulait mais cela reste fonctionnel. Le parking a un énorme nid poule dans lequel j’ai roulé dedans en pleine nuit… (sachant que le parking n’est pas éclairé)

À part la gentillesse du personnel, il n’y a rien qui va, c’est la première fois que je vais dans un hôtel et être obligé de faire mon ménage et changer la literie chaque jour, vider mes poubelles parce que l’hôtel est en manque de personnel. Au petit déjeuner ça reste à désirer il est mieux d’en prendre dehors (hors hôtel). Mais quand on a déjà payé la totalité de son séjour, difficile de s’en aller. Je précise qu’une annonce vous signalant que vous devez faire votre ménage vous attend sur la table de votre chambre. C’est quand même dommage

Hôtel dans son jus. Même si on voit que c’est nettoyé, la vétusté prend le dessus n’en donnant pas une bonne image .N’importe qui peut entrer ou sortir de l’hôtel, les accès par carte magnétique étant hors service. Les chambres sont trop petites à 2, peu de places pour circuler…bureau présent dans la chambre avec chaise mais pas possible de s’y installer la chaise étant bloquée par le lit. Pas d’ascenseur, en tout cas pas vu, donc difficile d’accès au 1ere étage avec grosses valises. En revanche le personnel est agréable et le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct. Pour nous cet hôtel classé 3 étoiles n’est pas justifié.
