The property is situated in the middle of a large industrial park. Very difficult to get to by public transport. No restaurants close by. Reception is only open until 8:00om and closed in the afternoon. The reception is very helpful. But for the price the room is clean and sufficient.

Manque le drap plat du lit , store de la fenêtre qui ne peut pas ce fermé. Pas d'étagère de rangement. Pas de sèche serviette, a 3 adultes dans la même pièces compliqué quand il n’y a rien pour les serviette. Rideau de douche moissi. Petit déjeuner moyen, que du sucré zero salé. Sejours mediocre. Ne vaut pas le prix !!.

Les croissants étaient secs le deuxième jour. Le personnel a gentiment satisfait notre demande de changement de chambre, mon mari ayant des difficultés à monter au 2eme étage . L'hôtel est calme et serait silencieux avec des doubles vitrages efficaces

Nous avons passé deux nuits, et j’ai été très surprise que la chambre ne soit pas faite entre les deux jours. Les WC n’étaient pas très propre. Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon car les chambres sont vraiment minuscules, très compliqué d’ouvrir la porte car l’espace est insuffisant.

Hotel correct pour une nuit. La literie est confortable. La salle de bain par contre est vraiment minuscule et le coin douche très réduit. Le plastique du lavabo est taché. On sent que l'établissement n'est pas récent. Plusieurs groupes sont arrivés le même soir. J'apprendais de passer une mauvaise nuit mais non, finalement.. Petit déjeuner convenable mais pour ma part, j'aurais aimé trouver des produits salés, œufs durs, jambon, fromage et des fruits frais ou en salade. Le côté pratique de cet hôtel est qu'il est bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes du port des Minimes,

Bonjour, ayant séjournés 4 nuits avec mon compagnon , je déplore que la chambre n'est pas été une seule fois nettoyée pendant notre séjour , ni même vider la petite poubelle ou vérifié que nous ayons suffisamment de papier toilettes, savon etc....Le petit déjeuner passable, aucun fruit, les croissants pas frais (durs comme comme des cailloux ) et surtout des biscuits, gâteaux secs ou madeleines mais pas de véritable petits déjeuner, pour le prix de 7 € 90 , je pense que nous aurions dû petit déjeuner ailleurs. Bon point : la literie et la climatisation appréciable par ces chaleurs, calme malgré la nombreuse clientèle. je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons.... Corinne D

Emplacement de l'hôtel dans la zone industrielle très bien situé et facilité pour y accéder. Le réceptionniste très accueillant. Chambre très propre ainsi que cabine de douche fournie serviettes de toilette. Petit déjeuner copieux à volonté et du choix. A recommandé la pizzeria Bela Dona à 3mn en voiture de l'hôtel sur la route de la Rochelle excellente pizza prix très corrects. A recommandé l'hôtel première classe.
