Was down with my grandson for two days the week before, I left my purse so decided to go down pick it up stay overnight, it is a lovely hotel, breakfast was delicious, rooms are lovely will definitely be back.

This was stated as a 3 star hotel, i would give it a 4 star. The breakfast and evening meal were excellent and very tasty. They kindly moved us from a room with shower to a room with a bath. Lovely fluffy towels. This hotel is very good value for money. There is only about 6 parking spaces at the hotel,although you are Allowed to park in the carpark across the road free of charge.

Fantastic Stay

I found my stays at Horizon very comfortable. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. The food in their restaurant is very good and the location is perfect for evening walks. Highly recommended!

Friendly clean and comfortable

Room was rather small but comfortable and was extremely clean, the bathroom was lovely and had a corner bath which was excellent!! The cleaning staff and breakfast staff were lovely helpful and friendly. Food was great too.

Dog friendly hotel.

Great stay, we were visiting family in Ayr and needed a dog friendly place to stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean with no skimping on the teas/coffees/milks! Breakfast was lovely, continental buffet followed by a la carte cooked, also a sausage in a bowl nicely chopped for our dog. Would definitely stay again.
