Everyone we interacted with was keen to know if we were happy and seemed genuinely pleased when we said we were. “Generally very good, however there was a few disappointing things such as the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, the room was a bit small and tired, the black pudding at breakfast wasn't cooked properly (it was like rubber), also olive oil and balsamic should not be pre-mixed let people adjust the ratio to their taste. The staff were very good and the location is very good.”

“This is a small and cosy place to stay, it feels as if you are staying at a friend’s house. You are very well looked after and nothing is to much trouble, the breakfast couldn’t be better and we had one evening and one Sunday Lunch there which was great. Tim, the owner, even fitted us in when they were already full. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Parking is right outside so easy and convenient. We would stay again, perfect for us.”

“A lovely warm welcome (home made cookies!) and a very comfortable stay. The room was spacious, beds huge, bathroom accessible, bathroom products divine, and there was lots of storage space. Walking distance to the beach and to The Ship Inn, and easy driving distance to other interesting places to visit: Felbrigg Hall, Holt, Blakeney (seal safari) and Wells Next The Sea all worth a visit. Breakfast was lovely and service excellent.”
