The staff at this property are amazing. First class service all around, especially Olga on reception. We were demanding customers and the staff did everything they can to support us while smiling. I am in love with this hotel and will be back.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, 5 stars. The cleaning ladies were mediocre and not tidy for a 4 star hotel. Garbage wasn't emptied and floor wasn't cleaned. Unfortunately, the service staff at the pool bar weren't particularly friendly either.

Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention that I was relocated to a different hotel, Sun n Blue Hotel, just 24 hours prior to my scheduled check-in at Margadina Hotel. It is important to note that this relocation was not of my choosing and caused significant inconvenience to my family. I had meticulously researched and booked Margadina Hotel four months in advance, specifically selecting it as the ideal location for our family holiday. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we would be staying at Sun n Blue Hotel instead. This hotel, despite being rated as a 4-star establishment, fell far short of our expectations and provided an unsatisfactory experience. As a gesture of compensation for this unexpected change, we were offered an all-inclusive package at Margadina. While this was appreciated, it did not address the core issue of the inconvenience caused by the relocation. The reason provided for this relocation was that Margadina Hotel was experiencing issues with their rooms. However, upon further inquiry, it became evident that the hotel had overbooked its capacity, resulting in our displacement. In light of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be considering Margadina Hotel for any future bookings or recommendations.

Personnel de l’accueil pas trĂšs agrĂ©able et pas trĂšs soucieux de la clientĂšle, exceptĂ© la jeune femme. Suite Ă  un soucis de rĂ©servation ils n’ont mĂȘme pas cherchĂ© Ă  savoir si une solution avait Ă©tĂ© trouvĂ© et n’esquissent mĂȘme pas le moindre « bonjour » durant tout votre sĂ©jour. Petit dĂ©jeuner « english breakfast » et non pas traditionnel, avec pas mal d’attente le matin. Pas fidĂšle aux photos, la piscine est petite contrairement Ă  ce que nous avons l’impression de voir sur les photos et est prise d’assaut dĂšs le matin. Les clients de l’hĂŽtel dĂ©posent leur serviette aprĂšs le petit dĂ©jeuner sur les transats, mĂȘme s’ils ne restent pas Ă  la piscine, pour « rĂ©server » leur place toute la journĂ©e. Mauvais rapport qualitĂ©/prix. Je n’y retournerai pas. Seul point positif : des lits confortables.
