We had a great stay here. The hotel is only a few minutes from the boardwalk, which made getting around very convenient. Free parking and complimentary self-service laundry were also nice perks. The only drawback was that room service was not available. Room 205 exceeded our expectations. It was fresh, spotless, spacious, and had attractive wood flooring. The large living area was perfect for relaxing, and the full kitchen was very useful. The room also included a sofa bed, a small dining area, and an incredibly comfortable king-size bed. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We would gladly book Room 205 again and highly recommend it.

Balcony was good. Locations along the boardwalk and distance to the beach was great. Room was decent enough. Bed left a lot to be desired

The place was exactly as described. The staff was friendly. We were able to use the Spa services and the restaurant was amazing.

Dear Hotel Management/Customer Service, I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at The Cape hotel in Virginia Beach, where we occupied Unit 201. While we expected high rates for July, the condition of the unit did not justify the cost. First, I want to commend your exceptional staff. Vicki, Laurie, and a tall, blonde colleague whose name I did not catch provided outstanding service. They were genuinely outgoing and highly attentive. Thanks to Vicki's prompt assistance, a technical issue with our television was resolved. The hospitality of your team and the excellent location both merit a five-star rating. However, I have serious concerns regarding the cleanliness and maintenance of the accommodations: - Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we found a used cotton swab behind the bed that remained on the carpet throughout our stay. The bathroom floor was dirty, the shower head contained mold, and the tubs, sinks, and carpets required deep cleaning and sanitization. Microwave was dirty and old. Refrigerator worked well . - Maintenance: Brown water briefly came out of the kitchen sink, the electrical outlets were non-functional and unable to charge our devices, and the property overall appears outdated. While I greatly appreciated the staff and location, the low standards of cleanliness and maintenance would prevent me from staying at your property again. Dans l’ensemble on a aimé notre séjour à cette hôtel pour le rapport qualité/prix. L’endroit est vieux mais les lits confortables. La salle de bain était un peu mal propre et la porte patio difficile à ouvrir/fermé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et on entendait pas les voisins ce qui était bien. L’endroit est très bien situé. Le déjeuner était parfait et propre la dame qui s’occupait de cette espace vraiment efficace et s’assurait qu’il manque de rien et que sa soit propre. Pour le prix sa valait la peine et on va y retourner
