This is my first time visiting Ayacucho and certainly this hotel has made a huge contribution to my wonderful stay in this city. I hope to help erase some reviews/memories made couple years ago with my review. This hotel is beautiful, very spacious, lots of lights, fully renovated and just half a block away from the main plaza. The staff is courteous, professional and friendly. The room is clean, the beds and linens are new. The common areas are spacious, clean with new furnitures. The breakfast was included and had a lot of options for everyone. Special thanks to Edgar, Francisco, Marcandonio and the reception staff. I highly recommend this hotel in Ayacucho.

The man behind the desk didnt have the key. He kept running to the room. So i went to eat. When i came back they could reach him. The young lady behind the desk was very apologetic. The noise was non stop. There was no hot water. Pass this hotel.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Schwachpunkt: Einzige Sitzmöglichkeit war ein Bürostuhl, der so zwischen fixiertem Tisch und Bett nicht anders platziert werden konnte.

The hotel is near everything, the personnel are nice, the breakfast is very good. As i was checking out, they wanted me to pay !20 soles extra because I had checked in two hours before the official check in time.I was not aware of this until they sprung it on me as I was trying o go to the airport. Because of this conflict and discussion with hotel employees, I ended up missing my flight out of Ayacucho. I had to send a bit more than $100 for a ticket with another airline, as LATAM would have charged me more for the ticket with SKY, I will never stay with DM HOteles in Ayacucho again.

Great location, a bit dated decor

Decent hotel right in the centre of town. A bit difficult to drive a car there though since all the streets are one way and traffic was quite heavy. Location is great since it’s right at the centre. Lots of eating options there too. Hotel itself is roomy and spacious. Though it has a bit of a dated feel due to the room colors and the dark lighting. The light inside is very dark. And makes the room look dirty.

Very comfy hotel

The hotel was in the center of the city and it was easy to walk around. Unfortunately in Ayacucho there is no rental car company so I took a tour instead to go visit a place I wanted to go. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I also bought an artisan work from a local artist which was in the showcase at the hotel.
