Very comfortable, staff very helpful

I enjoyed the swimming pool, very relaxing stay, I would stay again. The only downside was there was no restaurant available on an evening but there were places near by to eat.

Hotel Castel Jeanson is a beautiful property. Our room and bathroom were exceptionally beautiful and clean. The location was excellent for taking walks in the vineyards behind the property, and for walking to the shops for breakfast quiche lorraine and other delicious pastries. We stayed in several b&b's during our three weeks in France and Debrovnik. Hotel Castel Jeanson was by bar the very best! We will recommend to friends and come back again when we visit the champagne region.

Perfect location

Nice hotel with nice facilities. Room with plenty of space. Free coffee/tea and parking inside locked garage. We also was able to charge our car for free. Champagne houses just outside and plenty in walking distance.

The castle is very nice, but on a sunday after 20:30h there is no one around. For a high quality castle or hotel (as the price is not cheap) it can do much better. Also everything is closed on a sunday in the neighbourhood, but Epernay is pretty close to get something to eat. There is not any possibility for that in the castle. About the room, it is small (the standard room) en pretty regular. The bed is really hard. Not for us, maybe other people like it? It felt to us like we were laying on a trampoline, which was not fun for us. Again the castle is very nice, but in the end you just want to have a nice sleep.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon court séjour avec une équipe très serviable, et très à l'écoute des clients. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le niveau de propreté des chambres, le calme à l'intérieur autant qu'à l'extérieur. Il y a un garage dont on peut profiter gratuitement et une jolie piscine chauffée. L'architecture du bâtiment est très belle et la décoration des chambres également. Les petites attentions pour les clients sont très appréciables.
