“I was not given the property that I booked. I was transferred to another property and it did not have a working refrigerator, so food spoiled and was wasted. Was told that the property would be cleaned every other day and it was cleaned once in 7 days. The sheets did not fit the bed, the comforter had stains, there was noise from construction in the adjacent apartment, the internet did not work for over 24 hours so I couldn't work, the power went out several times, and there was only 10 minutes...

“I had an amazing time at this place. The amenities offered are top class, the rooms are so clean, the staff are awesome and the location is ideal. I recommend that when you visit Ghana, don’t hesitate to book Harmonia Residence as your home far away from your home. I’ll be back in December, God’willing. Saa”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I felt safe during my stay. The only minor issue was that the Wi-Fi could occasionally be slow, but overall I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this property to other travelers.”
