Arrived late evening after our condo rental fell through due to wrong building code and terrible customer service. Staff was incredibly kind and understanding of our situation and worked to find us a room with the amenities we were looking for. Easy access to skiing at Beaver Creek. Walkable to many restaurants in Avon. Villa was clean and everything worked properly. Bathroom needs a refreshing, dated design.

This property is beautiful. Mountain views, clean and spacious rooms with a separate bedroom from the living area. The parking underneath was easy with access to the main elevator. Amenities of the game room, sauna, hot tub and gym were definite perks.

We really enjoyed our stay in the 1-bedroom villa. Plenty of space for four people, and the location was great - right across the street from the ski shuttle bus stop and great views from the rooftop hot tub. Our one complaint is that the kitchenette doesn’t have a stove and the hotel couldn't provide a hot plate (although they were kindly able to give us a crockpot).

We loved everything about this property. We immediately felt at ease and comfortable. Truly a home away from home. Slept like the dead. We got a full suite and it was very well appointed. We also really enjoyed the amenities including the indoor/outdoor hot tub and sauna and steam room. I mean this property had it all. Highly recommend!
