The room was small but so clean and well maintained. We arrived really late and the staff were great in accommodating us. Only problem was the train whistle but the hotel can’t do anything about that. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

The condo was extremely clean and well-equipped. The host was very kind and very responsive. I accidentally left my diary behind, but the host responded to my message right away and helped me find it. Thanks to them, I was able to get my precious diary back quickly. I really appreciate it!

Great place on Yellowhead Highway to stay off travelling between Vancouver/Seattle and Jasper National Park. Spacious rooms with great view with the North Thompson River and train track very close to it. A welcome snack pack was a pleasant surprise from the staff.

Run by a lovely couple. Room was spacious and clean with modern fixtures and look. All appliances in top notch condition. Stayed a night with our 1.5 yr old and it was perfect. Definitely recommend for a night-in or for exploring the area. There's a gas station and local restaurant just across the street from the lodge and view of a mountain in the front.

Was disappointed when we got there at 3 and found out we couldn’t check in for another hour. Was also disappointed because for some reason I thought I booked a hotel with a pool. I was pleasantly surprised that we had a seperate bedroom for ourselves away from the kids as I thought we would all be in the same room so that was a plus. There is not much in Avola and no where to eat breakfast and they don’t have breakfast so you have to travel to blue river or elsewhere which is inconvenient. But otherwise the stay was ok and fine for passing through.
