Disliked: Communication
We had an overall average stay. The house itself is in a great location and the rooms are a good size, which made it comfortable for our group. However, communication with the hosts was disappointing — we didn’t receive any responses during our stay, which made it difficult when issues came up. A number of basic amenities such as dish soap were empty on arrival, and the dishwasher was clogged and unusable. We reported it but no one came to fix it while we were there. With better communication and attention to the small details, this property could be much better.
