Paid to upgrade for a room which overlooked the cathedral square. Very nice room. The communal areas were atmospheric. The reception staff were very helpful. One of the waitresses needs extra customer care training.

El desayuno bufet bien, la atención del personal aceptable pero la limpieza de las habitaciones dejaron mucho que desear, en menos de 5 minutos limpiaban, el cesto de basura un día no lo vaciaron, y las alfombras de la habitación realmente sucias y manchadas. Muy mal la limpieza!!!!! No volvería a ir!!!

O hotel é muito bonito, muito bem localizado e conveniente. É muito interessante visitar a catedral (em frente ao hotel) e aprender o quanto a família que construiu o Palácio, os Velada, foram importantes para a cidade. Ficamos muito satisfeitos. A cidade é belíssima e tem muito para se ver e fazer.
