Todo muy bien, ubicado en pleno centro. Habitación grande espaciosa y lo más importante limpia. Con una mesa y dos sillas para poder sentarse y picar algo a la noche en el hotel. Experiencia muy buena

Nos hicieron esperar dos horas fuera con las maletas porque la recepción estaba cerrada y hasta las 20:30 no abrían el restaurante, fue la única opción que nos dieron al llamar al negocio. La excusa era que en la web ponen los horarios de recepción, pero no es así. No indican el horario de los domingos y nos dejaron en la calle deambulando con frío y maletas. Para no volver nunca más.

de the walled city of Avila. Parking a short distance away outside the wall. Walkable to everything including Convent of Saint Teresa, promenade along the wall and the Camino de Santiago was just behind the building. I highly recommend this place. Door is not manned until checkin at 3 pm.

Bien localizado, con mucha independencia para el viajero. Lo único destacar que en la web vuestra ponéis que la entrada es a las 14h y la recepción no abre hasta las 15h.

El hotel y el servicio son geniales. La habitación es amplia al igual que el cuarto de baño. Si incluyeran desayuno sería un gran acierto. Tal vez lo peor fueron las almohadas. En general muy contentos. Volveríamos.

Perfect location near sites and bars/restaurants Staff speak very little English so very difficult to convey questions and requests. No wifi in room, only in reception area. Tv didn’t work. Room too bright for sleeping due to lights above door (maybe a/c) and 1 wall light not able to be turned off Very quiet first night, the Saturday night very noisy in the street late into night and then again early morning

El Hotel se encuentra ubicado dentro de la muralla, en un entorno idílico, muy céntrico, tiene su encanto y el personal muy amable. La habitación es sencilla, pero con todas las comodidades. Lo único que le faltaría es que ofrecieran la posibilidad de desayuno. Recomendable para visitar Ávila.

Buen alojamiento, céntrico a la vez que tranquilo.

La estancia en general fue buena. La habitación estaba orientada a la plaza, con grande ventanales que ofrecían buena iluminación natural. Aseo de buen tamaño. Limpieza en general buena. Tele pequeña, pero si estas de viaje, por lo menos yo, de poco la uso. Los motivos que bajan mi valoración fueron principalmente 2: La habitación olía desde el principio a alcantarilla, supongo que algún problema de sifones en el baño. Y el aire no enfriaba mucho, mas que aire acondicionado parecía un ventilador, así que tuve que darle a tope y soportar el ruido para poder soportar el calor y dormir.

Este hotel es muy bueno. Es muy agradable, no es ostentoso, muy acorde a Avila en ese sentido. Tiene ademas mucha comodidad. Un punto importante es que seguramente fue un monasterio o centro religioso en el pasado.
