Slept here a couple of times and the rooms are always well presented, excellent shower also , in the middle of aviemore so everything is a short walk away , and the breakfast (full Scottish ) is very good

Excellent location, clean. The property manager was wonderful. She showed by 11:45pm at night to help us get internet the front door code wasn’t working for us and checked in on us the next day.

We stayed one night to ride the Strathspey steam train which was a 10 minute walk down the road. There were good local restaurants to eat at for lunch and dinner and the room was super cute and the king bed was super comfy.

This is a well-looked-after modern refurbishment of an older property. The rooms are compact but very nicely presented. There is a really nice restaurant downstairs as well The restaurant does really good breakfasts and has a good evening small plates menu

We had a Premier Double room which was clean, had fresh decor, was right by the car park and had a comfortable bed. There was a PIN code to access the room and we didn’t meet any staff on site. Messages to the hotel on hotels.com went unanswered. It was a slightly clinical experience.

Sweeney 2 Family Stay

We stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms, the Sweeney 2 was in a perfect location, its clean, its tidy, its convenient, what else do you need. Delaynes Restaurant which is within the same building is beautiful, make sure you book though as it’s always busy
