“Loved the historic feel of the entire property. The room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was pretty tiny though. Guessing that was the original size when the hotel was built in 1923. We had breakfast in the hotel lobby that was delicious. I asked about the bath products used because they smelled so good. The desk clerk printed off a whole sheet ranging from where to buy said bath products to pillows to the name of the paint color on the walls. The Armstrong Hotel is...

“El hotel está muy bonito, muy limpio. Lo único es que NO había agua ni para el baño, llamamos a help desk para que nos dijeran que pasaba y no dieron solución, el agua llegó mucho tiempo después, nos tuvimos que ir sin bañar.”

“Cute, well maintained home and clean room. Enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff. Location was so convenient to downtown. Overall an excellent stay.”

“Such a perfect spot, welcoming, well kept, quiet, and relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend it will definitely go back.”

“Adorable place to stary for Gameday Weekend! Super clean and the beds were so comfy!”

There are no electrical outlets by the bed to charge phones. The “air conditioning” is a noisy window unit that is only in the front room. Bedrooms are very hot and you have to open windows for air…which allows the noise and cigarette/pot smoke from the neighbors. The unit is clean, nice location, easy parking, and has comfortable beds. It’s...

“We were very impressed with the accommodations. Super location, exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed (a huge plus since we flew in and were limited with what we could bring). A bonus, we loved the way it was decorated and LOVED the super soft snuggly blankets.”

“Cute decor, comfortable accommodations. Within walking distance from Old Town and CSU campus. Comfy bed, clean and well stocked kitchen. Didn’t use the pool, bikes or workout room, but all looked nice. Covered parking. Small private outdoor seating space.”

“The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco.”
