Very central. Easy walking distance of all the sites. Staff bent over backwards to be helpful even offering biscuits and water for the journey as we were leaving. Excellent buffet choice of breakfast and option to order from a menu. Being offered a snack (cake) late afternoon every day we were there and a cocktail and cheeseboard one evening were unexpected bonuses.

A perfect stay. Staff is wonderful and very attentive Location on a quiet street but only 1 minute away from center of Aveiro Breakfast is amazing 👏 Room is large, very tasteful, with a very comfortable bed with the softest sheets. This hotel should be the yardstick by which other hotels are measured.

Excellent stay in Aveiro. The room was beautiful, with a very comfortable, high-quality bed and luxurious linens. The details made all the difference. The restaurant offered delicious food in a wonderful atmosphere. However, the food took so long to arrive that by the time it was served, the latte or coffee was already cold. The staff seemed to spend quite a bit of time chatting between serving guests. This is not intended as a harsh complaint, but a high-end hotel of this caliber would benefit from more attentive and efficient restaurant service. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We like everything about this little hotel. It has all the amenities a big hotel would have including a nice spa ,indoor outdoor pool., in our opinion this is a five star plus hotel. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They made you feel like you were the only people in the hotel with very personal service.. We would absolutely recommend this place.

First off, the staff...this might be the best staff my wifeband I have ever encountered. Friendly, helpful and their attention to detail was top tier! Then our room was immaculate, the bathroom was gorgeous, and the bed and linens were perfect so that we could fall asleep after a long trip from the US (or a day walking around the very walkable city of Aveiro)

Fabulous classical hotel, a beautiful building right in the centre of Aveiro, you can walk everywhere from there. Our room was very spacious and a lovely design, keeping its heritage. All the staff were exceptional, very professional. The breakfast has a small buffet and menu selections, all were very high quality and delicious, try the cappuccino it’s fab coffee! We didn’t use the pool as it was cool weather but looks pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel.
