Buena ubicación pero aspectos a mejorar

La experiencia fue mixta. Lo positivo fue la excelente ubicación, muy céntrica y conveniente para explorar la ciudad. También destacamos la atención en recepción, ya que fueron amables y nos permitieron hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista, lo cual agradecimos mucho. Sin embargo, hubo detalles que empañaron un poco la estancia. Las camas eran bastante duras, lo que afectó la comodidad al dormir. Además, tanto en la ducha como en el lavabo, el agua salía amarilla, lo cual fue bastante desagradable y preocupante. En resumen, un hotel bien ubicado y con buen trato en recepción, pero con aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar.

Hotel velho e muito mal conservado. Pia do banheiro e vaso sanitário entupida e ducha do box sem pressão. Único ponto positivo é a localização, perto do canal.
