The front desk staff and the little elder lady were the sweetest!! They all made my boyfriend and I feel very welcomed; not just another tourist. My room was clean and I loved the claw tub. The hotel has a lot of charm and character.

Ocean view room but missing small table and extra chair i think it’s cause it’s tight room made it difficult to really enjoy. Not really worth to pay that extra price. Our tv didn’t work but staff tried to be very helpful. Also the key locked us out staff helped so resolved pretty quickly. Overall fair price made this place make sense to stay at.

Hotel Catalina Studio 9 was clean, comfortable, with a beautiful sitting area outside on the cozy covered porch! There was no air conditioning in my room, but the foyer was cooled and relaxing. We brought portable, personal fans, which really helped during the hot spell which occurred September 11 - 13, 2026. There was limited amenities; a small fridge and microwave was provided in the room and nice tv, but no coffee provided, but lovely body wash and 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner was included in the room with a hair dryer. Since travel to the island required various times of ferry or helicopter service, the kind staff allowed the patrons to leave luggage in foyer, until departure! What a Blessing!!! As travel on foot and shuttle would have been difficult while toting bags. We were able to pick them back up, closer to departure time! The staff is available in person between hours of 9am - 6pm, with a phone number for emergencies after hours. Overall, 5 Star Rating!!! Will stay there, again!
