The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, it is way overpriced for basic needs. Although walking distance from everything makes it easy for dining and exercise. Roof deck is nice for stargazing and relaxation.

Solid stay. Rooms are a little worn, but still comfortable. The hotel has great character, very fun pink exterior. But cannot say enough about the views. They have an incredible common area deck you can go and sit on with the most sensational views. Had the deck to myself for a 5 star view most of the day. Spent most of my time there instead of in my room. Very lovely.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, check-in was quick, A/C worked. Location and view are nice. The common rooftop balcony was very nice but not kept clean so we didn't use it.

The location was convenient and offers some nice views. While Catalina prices are high this boutique hotle could make you feel good with some small upgrades. Toiletries and lobby offerings were at Best Western level for an expensive boutique. Also the level of service while ok again falls below what yo might expect for the price.
