Our room was clean and quiet, air conditioning was a little noisy but worked great keeping us comfortable at night and bed was good, slept well. Enjoyed the location, directly across Crescent from Avalon Bay.

We liked the location. Right on the beach and in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The bathroom had clean towels, however, there were big strands of hair in the bathroom. There was no soap to wash our hands. We had to go to the office to get soap, shampoo and conditioner. The WiFi password was not accurate. It was a space to sleep by the ocean.

Cozy room, very clean. Breakfast is not the greatest, just coffee juice, fruit and a few pastries. But great breakfast spots are very close by.

Location couldn't be beat. Right on the main street in Avalon and easy to get to everything. Mostly quiet in the room. Multiple stairs to get to the rooms which could be a challenge with luggage. Staff was very kind and helpful with several requests. Check in was very easy. Breakfast was adequate, actually appreciated the small size fruit and pastries so there wasn't too much waste. Room was quite small and quite dated. Clean, but could use a bit of freshening up/remodeling. Toiletries were not imressive. Some wall hooks for towels given the small space would be helpful. Ceiling fan was much appreciated and lighting was decent. Overall moderate value, our friends stayed around the corner in a much nicer space for not much more than we paid.

Staff was so friendly ! They really made me and my fiancée feel welcomed! They’re the main reason I’ll come back to this hotel. The rooms was really clean. Loved that it was close to the water. Since the rooms are upstairs you don’t get the noise from the streets
