The staff was wonderful. The carpet in the lobby, the hallways, and the room - pretty dirty. As well as the furniture in the lobby. I know the hotel was built in the 1920's, and not suited for a king size bed - but boy the room was small. Aside from an ottoman that was a supposed to be a chair, there was no place to sit other than the bed. Great location. Perhaps they should consider a small market where guests could purchase water, snacks, or ....anything!
