Staff was quite friendly and helpful. Really liked the provision to store your luggage in a secure room before check-in time and after we checked out. Enables us to explore the island without carrying our stuff around.

The place was super clean, so comfortable I really enjoyed staying there with my wife. The bed was amazing, the shower was delightful. Truly would come back 10/10. I got the suite with the king bed, ocean view by the way.

Hotel is in a great location! I was not impressed with my room though. It smelled musty and was dark since it was on the first floor off of the courtyard. It was okay for a night stay. The complementary snack room was great. The courtyard had outdoor furniture and an awesome fire pit that was very nice and cozy. Overall very good experience!

Within walking distance to all the tourists sights to be seen and experienced. Great little hotel that offers nice amenities like small breakfast items and refreshers and night time snacks. Courtyard has a fireplace that is lit at night and is a nice way to meet your short time neighbors.

The best hotel on the island. If you want views, no haunted mess, cleanliness and great atmosphere and coziness, choose this one. I booked the panoramic suite. Soooo worth it, the entire walls are windows. They have an open snack bar at all times. My only complaint was Ignacio, the front desk guy, he was a little condescending.

The seating area in the courtyard was nice. Our room was at the first floor and had an unpleasant smell. The bed was HORRIBLE! Not to mention the poor breakfast.

We loved this hotel because of its location (within easy walking distance of all the Avalon attractions, yet on the outer perimeter of the main streets so it was more secluded) and room size, decor, and bathroom extras. Our room was conveniently on the first level and was already prepared for an early check-in. The view of the harbor from the 4th floor is spectacular. And the courtyard was beautiful.

Charming hotel. Room 503 has a very spacious bathroom with plenty of counter space and a jacuzzi tub. Towels were old, but clean. Building was being painted while visiting. Located just steps from the main walking path/boardwalk. Maybe a 15 minute walk with your luggage from the pier where the boat is. Walk is along the board walk so gorgeous view. We brought our bikes, so I rode my bike to the hotel. If you arrive before check in, they hold your luggage for you. We were able to lock up our bikes in the courtyard. Lovely courtyard with a fire pit. 24 hour coffee and tea room in the courtyard included in your stay. Great stay!

Very clean! Huge jacuzzi bath tub. Right around the corner from the main strip with minutes walk to everything fun to do and eat. Very accommodating about using their luggage room before checking in and checking out to enjoy the island before or after your ferry ride. Would for sure stay again!
