The property was very clean and had many useful amenities. The host provided everything we needed such as laundry detergent, extra towels, etc. without an issue. The property is in a prime location and being able to walk out the front door and be able to be right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops, and bars was such a huge plus to this trip. I would 100% stay here again next time I'm in Austin, TX.

My partner and I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Studio Haus. From the moment we arrived, the receptionist team were warm and accommodating, setting a positive tone for the visit. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, a large modern TV was a welcome touch for unwinding after a day out, and the freshly fitted shower was a pleasure to use. The beds delivered on comfort, ensuring a good night's rest. The location is arguably the star of the show. Surrounded by characterful bars and food stalls serving high-quality street food, there's plenty to keep you entertained just steps from the door. It's worth noting that the room is compact and best suited to guests who plan to spend most of their time out exploring, those looking for a spacious retreat may want to manage expectations. Check-in and check-out Virtually are so easy. Host is very welcoming. Place is neat and cozy, have everything you need, function rooms are so cool. It is very close to all the attractions in downtown and everything you want to do sit seeing or diing out at Austin. Austin is our first time visit, impressive captital of Texas state. We had great time to stay here. HIghly recommand everyone to stay this brand new place.

My only quibble would be that with no housekeeping planned for my stay, a toilet brush and cleaner would be a good idea. Also, there were no pans despite the provision of the hob. Otherwise, it was great. A good location and friendly, helpful staff.
