Amazing hotel perfectly located for an early flight the next day. Loved the beds and the friendliness of the staff. Left some glasses behind and they were able to locate them and hold them until we were back in the area.

Breakfast was good. Bed very comfortable. Good free self parking. Staff very accomodating. However, public wifi terrible. I spent over an hour during 3 calls. I had to reconnect at least 30 times in 3 days internet kept kicking me off. Also, no water fountain. The only one is in the fitness room and it wasn't working. Also neither of the 2 treadmills were working. I had to wait until after 1 for maintenance to check the pool chemicals. But the pool was nice and the outdoor seating is very nice.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. The rooms were pretty beat up and in need of paint. Desk had graffiti scratched into it and the shower, while clean, was gross. The hall carpets smell bad too.

Its a decent place and was clean in the rooms. There were certain areas of the property that might've been a little sus. It looks like it needs some updating, but I'm happy for the purpose it serves and the fact of being so close to the airport. That was my whole reason.

Overall I had a good experience. I arrived early in the morning (1am) and check in was a breeze. My only complaint was the location of my room. First floor, first room next to the lobby (104). It was loud all night, doors slamming, people talking. I would go back but would request a different room location.

The staff was great. At the desk, they were courteous, helpful and efficient. The drivers for the shuttle were great, as well. They were friendly, helpful and handled Austin's traffic with, seeming, ease. My room was nice, spacious and very clean. Their cleaning staff does their job very well. All in all, I had a nice stay. My thanks to the staff for making it that way.
