The sheets were clean on both beds and they seem pretty new. The room had the bare minimum but was vacuumed and actually had been wiped down in the bathroom as well. The staff, though a little tough, and for the right reasons is due diligent and stays on course with everybody allowing no exceptions to the rules. The security deposit thing is well it sucks, I’m gonna go ahead and write it off as a loss, but the continental breakfast, though they need a new iron was a little bit more unique than others, and the staff put a little bit more into it The night keeper I forgot her name. She was great and the gentleman managing during the day gave a more no offense to anyone USA kind of feeling, it was several ethnicities working together, and I love that.

The property is dated and in need of renovation. The staff greeted me cooly and the breakfast was sparse and poorly organized. I liked the internet, up front free parking and there location on the highway. However, don't ever pay more than $70-75 for this gray-brown, sad, forgettable hotel.

Oh man this place is a dump. Stains, inadequate lighting, exterior windows that don't lock, tv didn't work. Furniture is disrepair. Saving grace is that the sheets are clean and bathroom is clean. The staff is overworked.

Outside of hotel needs a facelift. Pool and exercise room were both closed. Staff was not very friendly, the first lady I encountered was to eager to leave and couldn't be bothered with my questions. It's an older property, but seems to be decently kept up. The room was decently clean (the carpets could use a better cleaning), the staff that I interacted with was friendly, and the parking was okay. The a/c unit in my room took a bit longer than I'd like to cool, but it cooled down after about 2 or so hours. The thing that caused me to rate the stay as 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is that after I ate a few things from what was left of the breakfast they gave out was that is saw a dead "pest" mixed in with the mini-muffins. I informed the staff doing clean up (because it was around 9:30 and they end breakfast at that time at that property) and their reaction was an unconcerned sounding, "wow." The sad thing is that I hadn't noticed the dead pest until I had already had a few pieces of toast. With me not taking a picture it's just my word, but hopefully no one gets sick from that or something else dealing with uncleanliness. That or more that might've seen something similar voice the issue with proof so that the property can work on addressing the issue.

The person at the lobby was very nice and professional. However the room 104 had a very stained carpet and the top of the window sill also had stains. The room did not smell nice even though it was a non smoking room. This room was not worth what I paid. I have stayed in much better hotels like the Drury in for less. Very dissatisfied with this hotel.

When we arrived, the staff was friendly. However, when we went to our room, it had not been cleaned—there was trash everywhere and the beds weren’t made. We were given another room, but it was also dirty and moldy, and there was no toilet paper. The curtain looked like it had been burned and was covered in mold on the other side. There were also stains on the towels and bedding. Mind you, we were in town for my son’s oncology appointment, so this was not a good environment for him. Additionally, the pool and hot tub were not working, which was disappointing because my kids had been looking forward to using them.
