PRIME location. Conveniently located to great restaurants, fun nightlife, and fun things to do. The apartment looked amazing and felt good staying there. We came for a concert, and I’d never been to Austin before, but I’ll definitely be back!

Place was clean at check in. Couple of things missing but were brought to us rather quickly. Parking is a little tricky but good directions were given. Only thing I can compalin about is that the unit we were in as well as the floor, all needed painting. Scuff marks on the wall everywhere made the place look run down.

Great location and very clean. A little hard to get checked in. We arrived around 11:30 at night. The texting of information was really good and they helped a ton to get us checked in. Place was very clean and very nice. Highly recommend this place

This was a great stay and recommend it. It was clean, there is a washer/dryer available and the downtown view was amazing. Only downside for me was the living room and bedroom tv remote batteries were dead so we couldn’t use it. It also sucks that we couldn’t smoke on the balcony, however, overall this was a nice place to stay and will definitely book again.

Apartment was exactly as described and pictured. Very spacious and well stocked. Location was excellent and within close walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was hot and humid during our stay and the air conditioning in the apartment worked very well keeping the space cool and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when in Austin.

Excellent location and amazing views. Apartment comes with a full kitchen if you are in need/plan to cook/stay awhile. Apartment is “tired”, def in need of a refresh. The bed in the master was comfortable but the pull-out sofa bed mattress is pretty bad. Thin as a pancake, no mattress cover and uncomfortable. Area rug in living space is ready to be tossed and replaced. No area rugs/bath mats anywhere else which on concrete floors are missed. A few luggage racks (easy to buy on you know where) would be helpful too. We are very familiar with downtown Austin sky-rises so we were able to work through door/elevator codes but for those new to this the check-in/coming and going instructions could be much more detailed. Especially for those coming back late at night. We still needed assistance to get in via the front of the building. If you aren’t overly particular and just need the main bedroom and bathroom in a great location, this spot will work. But for the price we had to pay for one night (inflated due to F1 and Texas football game) I would much prefer a hotel for the amenities and service. Everything was sold out so this worked in a pinch. but we paid way too much.

This place exceeded my expectations. It is conveniently located, has AMAZING views, was impeccably clean, and is stunningly beautiful. The kitchen features modern appliances and features. There is a full-size washer and dryer, and the bathrooms are large enough to sleep in. Add the parking option; it’s a lifesaver. Kasa is a keeper!!!

The room was large like the condo style expected and clean, the bedroom bed was nice, but the couch sofa was less than comfortable, but sufficient. Nice view of the city & elevators were fast. It’s in downtown so you have to expect to deal with some unpleasant things like random people hanging around, so be careful about your surroundings. The check-in process and check out process was elaborate and complicated, but I think that at least made The Who has access to the building and floor feel a little more secure. The kitchen accommodations, drinking glasses, plates & utensils were a bit sparse. The Washer/dryer was available and thankfully it had soap.

This large 2 bedroom condo on the 16th floor was in a great locations with lots of good restaurants nearby. It was central to everywhere we went in Austin. We would definitely stay here again.

Great view of the river and downtown Austin. Was in town for work and the location was very convenient. The only downside was the temp and humidity of the room itself. There was a lock on the thermostat that made it only comfortable to sleep in for only 1 of the 4 nights I stayed.
