The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great because it was close to many great restaurants and sights near downtown Austin. What we didn’t like was that our floor had very rude and loud guests who were talking and laughing loudly very late at night. We should have called the front desk but we didn’t want to have any problems with the unruly guests.

Parking was exorbitantly expensive. $115 per room night and $49 tax per car night is offensive. A/C in room shots directly on the bed. A towel was inserted in vents to divert flow.

The property is clean but the water pressure while taking a shower sucks! No pressure at all, I had to keep calling from desk to report incident. Also they are building another sky scraper next store so there’s a lot construction work doing on. Clean property but a lot other things working against the hotel. Find another one
