This is an excellent location. Steps away from Town Lake and Raney Street. The free parking was a bonus. The hotel is a little dated, but clean & the location was fantastic for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay and we continue to enjoy the hotel. We asked if there were any lake view rooms available and were told that would be an extra $40 a night. I don't remember that from our previous stay. Great breakfast, friendly folks....the only little bit of a downside is getting in and out of the place is a bit tricky until you get the lay of the land. We will be back. The price is fair....and good.

This was my second time staying here and I had a room with the view of the river. I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it! The room was nice and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and well taken care of and the hotel staff were extremely kind and patient with their guests. Maddox was a pleasure to work with on the staff and the rest of the staff were helpful also only complaint was the bed had a hole in the mattress where everyone was sleeping on one side so I had to sleep on the opposite side they should flip the mattress every so often and also the walls were quite dirty

It was a wonderful stay. Great location. All staff were great and attentive. Beautiful lake view rooms. Pool view awesome. Great parking. The only thing is, they don't have a complimentary breakfast and $15.95/pp is a little much, especially for a family with little ones that will probably only have a bowl of cereal that I witnessed and so therefore he didn't eat breakfast so that his 4yr old could eat her breakfast.
