I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very good in all aspects, including the cleanliness, service, comfort, and overall atmosphere. Free parking was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added benefit and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Hotel was clean, smelled clean. Room was great. We got the family suite. A lot of room, we got this hotel specifically for the indoor pool but to was too cold to enjoy at any time of the day. Not temperature controlled. We had other activities planned in the area but a let down on the hotel side. Breakfast was good, basic things and not a bad selection. Time was reasonable.

This was a very comfortable stay parking was easy. The bed was great. The breakfast was very good and not the usual old fruit and bad waffles. The light is good in the hotel and best of all the pool was very warm. Staff was very nice.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Austin South/Buda was adequate overall, though the property presents a noticeable dichotomy between conscientious upkeep and its advancing age. The hotel appears reasonably well maintained; however, the furniture, carpeting, and certain room finishes are visibly dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was spacious and provided ample accommodations, but the bathroom showed considerable wear. Most notably, the shower faucet was not securely attached to the wall, which detracted from the overall quality and suggested a need for more meticulous maintenance. The most significant deficiency was the heating and air-conditioning unit. It appeared undersized for the dimensions of the room and was unable to regulate the temperature effectively. Consequently, the room remained uncomfortably warm, which materially affected the quality of my stay and ability to rest comfortably. On a positive note, the staff was pleasant, courteous, and professionally groomed. Their demeanor reflected well on the property and provided a welcome measure of hospitality. Overall, this is a serviceable hotel with generous room dimensions and an agreeable staff, but the aging furnishings, bathroom maintenance issues, and inadequate climate control diminish the experience. With targeted renovations and greater attention to mechanical functionality, the property could offer a considerably more comfortable and polished stay.

This hotel was close to a wedding venue and made my stay an easy one! Nice front desk staff. If you’re looking for a clean and quiet hotel for a basic stay, this hotel will do. Especially for the price. The hotel is in need of an interior facelift to be fair. But other than that, I was pleased with my stay.
