The hotel and rooms were very clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered food once from the Champions restaurant that was good. It was nice having a Starbucks on the property! The pool was closed for maintenance which was a bummer! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of many activities and eateries.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Check in was quick and easy Our room was large - shower took about 5 minutes to warm up to any temperature you could stand in, plug in bath tub did not work (reported on our 2nd morning and was fixed by the time we can back, and give $5 each Starbucks vouchers as an apology). Lots of building work going on just outside, but don’t be put off by that, just walk the other way! Great location Oh - pool closed for maintenance when went to use it!

The guest service staff was very polite and accommodating with informative about the neighborhood and what to visit, etc. The room was very clean and bigger than expected which is always a plus. The on site restaurant and coffee shop was an added bonus. I will recommend and stay at this property again.
