Our room had no towels and the tub was dirty when we called the office for towels, we were told they would bring some. After waiting 30+mins we had to go ask for them/get them ourselves. The room was large and the hotel was fine. It is one of the oldest hotels in Cedar Park so it was just a little outdated. It was safe, clean and in a good location so for the price, I was ok with it not being as nice as some other chains.

This hotel is walking distance to so many great things. Perfect for a visitor who wants access to activities and great food. However the hotel does need some updates ans renovation. The fitness room was unaccessible with a sign that said their apologies but they were waiting updates. The floor still had carpet which due to cleanliness, germs and bed bugs should no longer exist in hotels. I also personally never understand a hotel room that doesn't have a coffee pot in the room as I personally like to have coffee before I go out in public. Most hotels these days do have some kind of coffee pot in the room.

Staff was courteous and checkin was great. The room lacked in providing adequate resources such as towels. There were only 2 large towels for 3 people. There should be a minimum of 4 towels in a double queen room. Also, the shower was not hot. I had to shower in lukewarm water and the shower curtain was way too short, so water got all over the floor. I would not choose to stay at this property again.
