Everything was great other than it was hot in the room and you couldn’t turn down the heat. Kind of overpriced compared to other stays on this trip but the breakfast was great. As well as dinner at the gastrobar.

Very nice and less tourist than the alternative. Staff very helpful including directions luggage storage. What is funny is there is a cruise ship that is parked but it leaves at about 6 pm and you can rally enjoy the beauty.

What a unique and cool place to stay! And so convenient for the fjord tour and Flåm railway. We only stayed one night, I would have loved to stay a few nights to enjoy the many amenities Flåm has to offer that we’re all right at the hotel!

The hotel was great. People, room, breakfast was all amazing. The only issue was that if you have a Fjord view hotel room and a cruise ship docks, your view is gone. So if you like sitting on your deck you might want to check the cruise ship docking schedule for the Flåm port.

Perfect location. You really should stay in Flam for the train/ship tours. The Viking restaurant was excellent. The other one with the hotel was OK. Breakfast was the only disappointment. Cold eggs & waffles. But there was enough of a selection to get around this.

Everything is excellent, great location, super clean and comfortable, fantastic staff, breakfast its okay, not great for the 1000 us dollars a night, its just to expensive. Check in 4 pm its crazy late. If you want early check in its extra 500 nok. Next time ill try the one near by. I loved it but crazy expensive.

The location is wonderful as the hotel sits by the fjord. Our room has two balconies with great views! The breakfast is exceptionally good with a lot of variety of food. Staff is very helpful. He allows us to trade two complimentary local beer to two bottle water.
