Overall a good place to stay, The handicapped accessible room was very accessible and made our stay better for my wheelchair bound partner. Room was clean but carpeting in room 140 was bumpy, which was a bit strange. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was generous.

This is a tired old hotel, but the room prices are very good. The rooms were clean and the location is right off the highway about 1 mile from downtown. Nothing to write home about but the price is right.

The room was comfortable and clean. It has signs that it was a renovated property, but well done. The plantings at the entrance to the hotel was not maintained and made the hotel seem closed. Overall, it was a good experience for the costs as compared to other hotels in the area.

Brought my grandkids(they live in the area)over to swim and was charged 11.00 a person. Was told this was policy, I’ve stayed in tons of hotels in the area and have never had this happen and there was no obvious signage stating this policy. The hotel was under construction for remodeling(not an issue) but our rooms were very dated For the price we were charged. The bed was comfy though! But for the price especially after the swimming charge I’d spring for The Hampton where they didn’t charge extra for the kids to have fun.

The entire staff was Wonderful! (front desk, restaurant staff, cleaning staff), They all were very kind, helpful and were so nice to our special needs son! The food in the restaurant was delicious -breakfast and dinner! The room amenities were great (microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator) The only issue was it got noisy in the hall at night - most likely because the pool was on our floor. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to this hotel!

I traveled to Waterville for the 70.3 Ironman. The price of the hotel was reasonable compared to the other hotels in the area. My guess is that the price was a little higher because of the event. The hotel was ok. I only needed a place to sleep and shower. I got that. I didn’t use any of the amenities except for the breakfast. The staff at the restaurant was great. Overall it was a good hotel.

Liked the restaurant for breakfast staff were very friendly however the accessibility room which we did not request we were provided the washroom needed upgrades such as no storage for you items had to use chair and a disabled person would have had difficulty using the shower facilities unable to reach control
