Convenient location to I95. A function was going on at the hotel and it was very loud in the lobby. There were kids playing in the hallway. Room was comfortable and room spacious enough.

We were locked out of our room most of the stay . Went through 4 sets of keys . Actually was late for an event we drive 600 miles for because we couldn't get back in our room . The ice machine leaked so there was always water on the floor .

Our stay here was fine. A place to rest our heads, but nothing more. Everything is falling apart or out of date (peeling wallpaper, dingy lighting, pool tiles falling off, dirty old pool towels….the list goes on. It is evident that this location takes zero pride in aesthetics. Some Best westerns are lovely, but this one was just dingy and run down. Definitely not “plus” or “grand”.

Great Value and service

The room was clean. The property was clean. Front desk staff was very nice and let me check in early without a charge. Room rate was reasonable. Restaurant food was great. Service in the AM with free breakfast was the highlight as the hostess and server were Very social and checked frequently on me.
