Great modern hotel

Comfortable clean option near the University

Very clean, comfortable room. Nice bed and shower. It is very close to the University, but you should know that there isn't much else around. There is a small grocery store and bakery below the hotel, but for restaurants you'll need to take a tram. That said, the Augsburg tram system is very easy to use, and it's not far into the city center. But the hotel itself is great. I would definitely stay again.

Wir waren bereits zum 3. mal in diesem Hotel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war Bestens, die Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, das Personal überaus zuvorkommend, 100 % Weiterempfehlung, 5 Sterne Bewertung und 10 Sterne auf das hauseigene Müsli / Frühstück :))

Es hat alles prima gepasst. Ich hatte das Zimmer für einen Stadionbesuch gebucht. Dafür war es perfekt. Das Stadion war fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Alles sauber und modern. Freundliches Personal und das Frühstück war gut.

Meine schlechte Bewertung bezieht sich auf die Abwicklung: Expedia hat es nicht geschafft mir die dritte Nacht zu stornieren. Das Hotel war auch keine Hilfe. Also habe ich drei Nächte für zwei bezahlt.. Das Hotel war top, sauber und nettes Personal. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage was im Hochsommer etwas schade ist.

An der Rezeption wurden wir herzlich begrüsst und waren im Nu im Zimmer. Dieses war echt super gross (Länge, Breite und die hohe Decke). Dafür war das Bad etwas klein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und auch von der Managerin wertvolle Hinweise erhalten (u.a. wo wir am besten mit unserem Hund laufen gehen konnten). Danke

Leider sind die Zimmer nur wenig gedämmt, sodass auch in der Nacht die Gespräche der Zimmernachbarn dumpf zu hören sind. Zusätzlich lief die Lüftung komplett durch und konnte nicht reguliert oder abgestellt werden
