Wir haben einen 2-wöchigen Urlaub hier verbracht. - die Möbel waren sehr abgewohnt - die Betten extrem durchgelegen - die Terassenmöbel dreckig - die Lüftung in der Toilette (ohne Fenster) defekt, so man nur durch das Haus lüften konnte - Wasserdruck zum Duschen im Obergeschoss zu gering - eine Trennwand kurz vor dem Zusammanbruch - Möbel (Schrank) notdürftig geflickt - Außensteckdose defekt ( man hätte die Stromführenden Kabel berühren können - lebensgefährlich für Kinder) - Außenanlagen lange nicht gepflegt (vermooste, mit Unkraut bewachsene Wege, wuchernde Hecken zwischen den Häusern) - defekte Treppen auf den Wegen (Stufen waren lose / weggebrochen und waren somit eine Unfallgefahr) - usw Wir kommen NIE wieder!

Un séjour peu coûteux mais qui ne valait pas plus

L'accueil aimable, cordial et accommodant compense quelque peu le manque d'entretien du domaine. Couper l'herbe, retirer les toiles d'araignées et réparer les meubles cassés semblent être pourtant un minimum. Par ailleurs, le hammam hors d'usage et fermer l'espace aquatique à 18 h 45 restreignent largement l'intérêt de ce dernier.

Jolie région, jolie vue, établissement agréable mais... Literie très sale et de mauvaise qualité, vaisselle abîmée, vmc très sale, piscine froide 2 jours sur 4... Ce qui au total fait beaucoup de mauvais points pour le prix d'une location encore élevé en arrière saison...

Quelques remarques !

Belle résidence : un château dans un grand parc. La ville d'Audierne n'est pas loin. Le service ainsi que les équipements sont bons. Mais je n'ai pas aimé deux choses : D'abord le parking voiture est trop loin des habitations et la montée est rude. Donc ce n'est pas commode,je pense aux personnes âgées. Le pont le plus négatif est le suivant : le WC au rez de chaussée alors que la chambre est au premier. Il faut alors emprunter un escalier en bois lisse la nuit. Je suis donc tombé dans cet escalier heureusement avec une écorchure à la tête et quelques contusions. Plus de peur que de mal. Mais je pense que l'agencement à été mal pensé pour de jeunes enfants ou des personnes âgées. C'est dangereux surtout que l'escalier de plusieurs mètres est situé juste à côté delà porte de la chambre. Dans le noir parce que j'ai eu difficulté à trouver les boutons de lumière, j'ai basculé. Je n'ai rien dit à l'accueil parce que je ne restais qu'une semaine. Je n'y retournerai pas bien que la ville et les environs soient vraiment bien pour la marche et la beauté du paysage. C'est la première fois que pareille aventure m'est arrivée. Dommage.

Séjour agréable en famille

Séjour agréable, personnel sympathique, flexibilité des horaires de départ et possibilité de commander pain et viennoiseries sur place pour le lendemain sont des plus très appréciables. Seul bémol, la piscine intérieure qui est un atout surtout pour un séjour en famille, n'est pas chauffée... difficile de se mouiller en plein hiver. Nous sommes vraiment déçus car c'était un de nos critères pour la réservation.

Une situation exceptionnelle à 2 pas d'Audierne

en transit entre le golfe du Morbihan et le finistère nord nous avons entre amies passé 2 jours chez nemea, de mon côté je connaissais déjà cette structure dans le finistère donc pas de surprise et à conseiller même pour de petits séjours le situation étant exceptionnelle à 2 mn à pieds d'Audierne.
