I enjoyed my stay a here, the place was clean and met all my needs . They're is plenty of shopping opportunities within walking distance .It was great having a walking track with a nice view to use every day. I have some great memories of walking part of the basin to go to the swimming pool on the far side as a child and riding on the model train down to the right of the entrance to the track. I would definitely stay again when I return to Auckland.

I can not say enough good things about this property! The location is ideal for strolling around the beautiful waterside path below the hotel and is very close to the miniature train. The rooms are updated & clean & the staff was very friendly. The restaurant has an amazing view of Mount Wellington & the food was good and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying there.
