Beautiful hotel and kind staff with all smiles. Even the lobby smelt amazing. Rooms were faultless and stunning views. Rooftop Bar was stunning and again amazing friendly staff! The breakfast buffet was amazing too and we loved every minute at this hotel. Highly recommended and right next to main shopping street.

The room looked clean until we closed the curtains. There was white marks down them. I hope it wasn’t bodily fluids. I had to fix the pull down blind so I could close it. There was 1 robe when there were 2 guests. There were no facecloths. Beds were comfortable and the view amazing. Excellent restaurant and cocktails. Nice staff. Did not enjoy the rooftop bar, thanks to not friendly server man.

The property was very clean but the standout reason I would go there again is the staff. We had a small issue with breakfast one morning and they went above and beyond to rectify it. They were kind enough to get us a van for our ride back to the airport and when my son accidentally left his wallet in the van, I called the hotel. They were able to reach (by some means) the driver who returned to the airport with the wallet. Every member of the staff ensured that our stay was memorable.

The room that we stayed in had a beautiful view of the Sky Tower, the city and the ocean. It was so clean and comfortable and the beds were so cosy. The staff were lovely and helpful and made us feel at home. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had so many options. The location is also very convenient in the city centre. 10/10 would recommend to anyone staying in Auckland.
