Really nice accommodation. The restaurant food was good. Happy with the spa pool & gym. Some things are held together with exposed screws as far a cabinetry. It would look nicer if it was properly repaired but in all honesty its not a big deal at all. I also encourage that the management issue a 2nd key for the premiere suites. It would be much better if they do. Also they could really use a bell hop to take the luggage to rooms. Especially for when traveling with children. The vallet service for vehicles is very good. Just a bit pricey. Overall very happy with the stay. The central location and view is fantastic. Staff were as helpful as possible but hopefully management take on board my suggestions.

Room was fantastic -- View wonderful - unfortunately we could not get the washing machine to dry -- but it didn't really worry us -- loved the friendly reception staff all very helpful and if we had a question about anything they were only too ready to help us .. I would stay there again if we go back to Auckland for a holiday .. Bus service was a bit confusing to us and it was only when we were ready to come home we had it "sussed" BUT if any other visitors have problems go to Customer service at Britomart -- they planed and printed details of what buses we needed and where to catch them -- Locals have the APPS on Phones which we didn't -- so we asked for help

Good size room considering a 2 bedroom. Room was not cleaned very well had cooking smell with grease all over the kettle and there was a hole cut out of the wall that they have put a fridge in with literally no repair just bare plasterboard and beam exposed. Housekeeping forgot to take off a sign on the sliding door with previous occupants name on.. reception staff were good.

Great location, close to Waitemata train station good 10 minute walk there, bit more back up hill. Great we had a sliding door we could keep open during the night as we're not a fan of the air con going at night. Bed was super comfy, but the bathroom was very small. Lucky we aren't big people. Would stay again
