We stayed for one night and it was very lovely, the staff welcomed us in with friendly manner and the suite was very spacious with two bedrooms and two balconies that had great views of the park and sky tower. Very pleased with our stay everything was up to standard will be choosing them again in future!

Check in at the cafe on Victoria St. We were happy to find pet friendly accommodation but did not realise there was an additional pet fee of $150, missed that information under the amenities link. Eek! Otherwise good option with the park across the road.

Quite honestly one of the nicest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Conveniently located downtown with ready parking available. Big open room with balcony to look out over the city. Plenty of amenities to do everything we needed and kitchen was well stocked in case we needed or wanted anything. Included some detergent for doing a couple loads of laundry in the room. Staff were incredibly friendly as well. Overall, a great place to stay and will absolutely look at this chain in the future should the opportunity afford.
