The property offers a convenient and easy access to motorway which makes travel easier in Auckland. The staff is very humble, welcoming and super helpfull. The interiors of hotel and rooms are also eye catching which gives you perfect feel of luxury. The housekeeping is also upto their best.
great beds and pillows. Rooms were nice. The restaurant downstairs was ideal and the bar. Easy parking on the street.
Some rooms have balconies and spas.
Staff were so lovely and helpful! Efficient check in and check out.
Room was nicely furnished, however room did not feel very clean. Stains on the couches and decorative pillows. Blinds did not extend all the way down so when laying in bed we could see the main road.
Other than that, room was super spacious & had everything you needed. Get a lot of lovely sun in the arvo. The hotel overall was so lovely and I had wished we had stayed longer to try the dining lounge.
Hotel is new. Located near the neighbourhood we needed to be at. The was no food service when we were there. There was an excellent Chinese restaurant across the parking lot. The Spa was not open yet but the facility looked nice. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
Obviously new in a redeveloping area. Ambience outside not 1st class, bit very secure, and underground garage - no extra cost. Conceirge parking.
Rooms excellent & hotel security a top priority.
