This was a great hotel to stay at as it was very centrally located. The parking situation was a little confusing at first but the staff was extremely helpful and sweet about explaining everything to us foreign travelers ☺️

Once again thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was just perfect. We had a lovely meal again in the Restaurant. Was nice to have one of the staff recognize my husband and I from our visit- stay just six weeks ago. Will certainly recommend your Hotel.

We had a really lovely overnight stay at the Grand by SkyCity. Our room was comfortable, quiet and had a great view, and we were very kindly upgraded, which was such a fabulous surprise. The amenities were amazing, and we made the most of the fantastic gym and sauna. We also enjoyed some time at the casino and had dinner at The Grill, where the food was absolutely delicious. There was a little bit of wear and tear showing in some of the room’s decor and furniture, so a few touch-ups would help keep the room looking as lovely as the rest of the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. We will definitely be back!

Exceptional service from check-in to check-out! The hotel made my birthday truly memorable with a handwritten card and gift, and the special touches extended to East Day Spa and Masu restaurant, where I enjoyed an incredible meal and birthday dessert. The harbour view room was wonderful, and free August parking was a great bonus. It’s been a few years since our last stay, but we’ll definitely be back soon!

Place was great to stay, easy and helpful staff. The line to check out was so long though, we ended up using express however that meant we couldn’t mention the Expedia rewards so I had to chase up a refund. Other than this great stay
