Stayed in a family room. Price for 2 adults and 2 kids was great. Very convenient location for an early airport departure. Great location for a visit to Rainbows End or Westfield and a choice of eateries on your doorstep. Staff were very lovely and helpful and room had everything we needed. The room was just very tired and in need of a little TLC to get it back to its former glory. Bed linen and towels were spotless

The staff member that checked us in was lovely, talked to our child and asked questions etc very nice :) Room was adequate for what we needed to for this stay, however we only received 2 towels for 3 guests we made it work as we discovered it so late in the day evening to our travel plans. Clean and tidy, sheets clean but stained unfortunately, but would stay again. It rained a few times and there wasnt a dry way to get up to our room but this was not a deterrent. Air con worked amazingly, tv was also adequate. There was quite a lot of rubbish and mess about the puside of the rooms and bushes/carparks surrounding but the rooms were fine. Good shower however no extractor fans so it did get quite muggy when we used this

My stay at Rayland Motel was generally a good experience. The room was comfortable, and the overall service met expectations. However, there were a few maintenance issues that could be improved. The toilet was not flushing properly, there was no hand wash provided, and the kitchen lights stopped working during our stay. Addressing these small issues would make the experience even better.

This is our second stay here this year. We love the location close to the motorway. The family unit is great because there are beds and a toilet upstairs, and another bed with bathroom downstairs. So the kids feel like they have their own independent area. We did hear a bit of noise from the adjoining room this time, but overall it’s reasonably quiet.
