The location is very handy to shops, transport and places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable. The only annoyance was the message asking us to check in online prior to arrival...as this doesn't seem to add any benefit to a customer on arrival. Also receiving messaging when i'm still in the middle of the stay asking when I'll be checking out, is very unwelcoming. Oh, and there's a really bright light on the phone that lights up the whole room. I had to cover that up.

It's a clean hotel right next to a Westfield, can I really say much more? Staff were polite and the room was nice as well. It is a bit hard to get to if you're walking there since there's an uphill, but besides that, I had a great stay.
