We love the vibe of this hotel. Our room was great (although quite dark!) and clean. Our bed was so comfortable. The bar upstairs is awesome and room service was quick and delicious. We were a little disappointed at check-in, however. We had requested early check-in which, on arrival, they couldn’t do which is fair enough and they said they can only guarantee that rooms are ready at 3pm. We came back at 3pm but our room still wasn’t ready so we had to wait another 30 minutes and so we were late for our event.

We had a room (229) right near the elevators and faced onto a main road which meant lots of noise from both traffic and other guests coming out of the elevators when we were trying to sleep at night (definitely not soundproofed windows or entry door). The feel and look of our room was lovely though and was exceptionally clean. The common areas of the hotel were clean and modern with QT quirks mixed in. The staff were lovely and helpful as with all QT hotels. The hotel is in a great location to walk to all the viaduct harbour restaurants.
